EcoSmart electricians are now working closely with members of the New Zealand Retailers Association to ensure that these outlets are saving as much energy as possible. Recently EcoSmart electricians  have visited several retail outlets in Auckland and conducted energy assessments to help determine what savings can be made, the costs involved and importantly the payback period.

Like the construction sector the retail sector is a tough environment economically to operate in, however there are some things retail chains who see saving energy as part of their mantra, it is synonymous with how they project themselves.

ECANZ is certainly keen to assist in anyway possible and to demonstrate to retailers that spending some money now will save you money in the long term
